Delivery & Returns


We currently only offer a UK delivery option for customers. Please see below:

Standard Delivery (Roya Mail Tracked 48) £3.95

Shipping is free for orders over £20 and will be sent on a Tracked 48 service upon dispatch.

 International Shipping

We have currently suspended our International shipping service due to the recent exit of the UK from the European Union.

However, we are still accepting orders from Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Customers from these regions should be aware that they may be liable for additional customs charges following the UK's exit from the EU. Please see more information below.

All Ireland parcels are shipped via a UPS tracked service. 

We can not accept responsibility for customs holding parcels. All items will be fully tracked and signed for. 

Due to changes in trading between the EU and UK, the EU customers will need to take responsibility for local tax and duty charges which are in the region of €30.00 to €40.00 per order and are not controlled or associated with Dollymix. Dollymix are not liable for any custom charges.

Please note: We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 days upon purchase, in-stock items will be posted out as soon as possible. The delivery estimates will apply once your order has been shipped.

We hope you love the items ordered as much as we do!  However, if you are not completely satisfied you have 14 days to return your item in its original saleable condition but please check the reason for return does not fall into any of the below.

  • We are unable to accept returns on any bespoke and personalised items unless we have made a mistake/error on our part or if the item has been received damaged or defective.
  • We do not accept returns on custom or personalised items due to incorrect sizes or spelling errors made during the ordering process. Dollymix cannot be held accountable for any errors made on the order and we do strongly advise to check through the order details before submitting. If such errors have been made you must notify us within 1 hour of ordering via phone or email. However, we are unable to guarantee amendments to orders once they have been processed. 
  • Please use the size guide provided to ensure that your item fits correctly. Please note our Customer Service team cannot advise on sizing.
  • We do not accept returns for exchange/refund if the products are in a used/worn condition.
  • We will not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during the returns process if not sent via a recorded delivery. 
  • Please note that we will only refund the cost of the item and not the original delivery charge.


Return Instructions:

  • Please email our customer service team at with your name, order number, item/s you wish to return along with a brief outline of the reason.
  • We will then respond within 24 hours* to confirm whether the return has been accepted along with the return address. 
  • Please post your goods back to us within 14 days of delivery. We will notify you once the return has been received and processed the agreed resolve.
  • Any refunds agreed will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note this could take up to 5 working days.
